Salary Increase Formula (2025–26)
Here’s how the salary is expected to increase based on the proposed budget:
- Adhoc Relief Allowance (ARA) = 10% of Basic Pay
- DRA (Disparity Reduction Allowance) = 30% of Basic Pay
- Total Increase = 40% of Basic Pay

If your basic salary is Rs. 19,960:
- 10% Adhoc = Rs. 1,996
- 30% DRA = Rs. 5,988
